uses your trailer is and you
must pay the guest rate for
them. Please try to comply with

Rules
1. 2 adults and 3 Children
(under 17 years of age) per
site.
2. All trailer sizes must be
pre-approved by Martin, Jim and
Julia.
3. 1 shed per site. Written
permission for shed size and any
alterations must approved.
Always inquire ahead of arrival
time.
4. Extra Tents, Persons,
Visitors: If you have 3 or 4
adults and both an RV and a tent
or 2 tents, you must reserve 2
sites. Extra adult fee applies
if there is only 1 tent or 1
trailer per site.
5. No ATVs, trampolines, swings
or firearms allowed on site.
6. A VISITOR is anyone not
registered at the time a site is
rented.
7. VISITOR FEE: $7.00 per day
from 9am - 5pm. If visitor stays
overnight - $24 each person. All
visitors must register.
8. Electric heaters are not
permitted. All spotlights and
trailer outside lights should be
turned off before bedtime. NO
DIRECT ELECTRIC HOOKUPS ALLOWED.
9. Air conditioners: $3.00 per
day (honor system). Most site's
electric will not hold the pull
of an air conditioner. If left
on at night, An additional $3.00
will be charged.
10. REMINDER TO ALL CAMPERS:
RECYCLING IS A LAW.
11. Please help us by separating
your garbage and placing it in
the correct containers.
Information on what to recycle
is available at the office.
12. Don't leave extra food in
your refrigerator. Electricity
could go off at any time (NYSEG
outage).
13. ALL ELECTRIC WILL BE OFF
AFTER OCTOBER 14th UNTIL MAY
1st.
14. Insurance - We recommend
that all campers carry their own
"Homeowners and Liability".
